President - Oversees league operations. Responsible for all league paperwork and filings (league, city, state, federal, etc.). Works with District and Little League USA to complete and submit all paperwork, insurance, rosters, league documents, finances, etc. Attends monthly District 9 meetings. Attends monthly League meetings. Resolves all league issues and is final authority for league matters. Personally responsible for accuracy of all league data.

Secretary - Attends monthly league meetings. Manages meetings and is responsible for the documenting and distribution of all league minutes, motions, etc. Maintains a record of all league activities. Responsible for helping President ensure all City, State and Federal documents (e.g., 501(c)(3) filings) are completed.

Treasurer - Attends monthly league meetings. Responsible for all financial responsibilites for the league including, but not limited to purchase managemenet, budget management, tax documents and filings, bank account(s) management, purchase approvals, etc. Works closely with President to ensure league finances are in order (e.g., revenue models, budget projections, etc.).

Umpire-in-Chief (UIC) - Attends monthly league meetings. Responsible for overall league umpire programs for baseball and softball. Recuiting, training, scheduling, etc. Works closely with District 9 umpires to ensure program standards are met. Attend 2-4 District 9 meetings per season. 1-2 hours per week off-season. 8-10 hours per week during season.

Webmaster - responsible for the BELL website including, but not limited to user account managment, security, look and feel, information updates, registration system admin, online store admin, team and roster information, etc. 1-2 hours per week off-season. 5-10 hours per week during season.

Email Manager - manage all inbound league emails on contact@bellevueeastll.org and other emails addresses. Responding as needed, and forwarding to designate board member as appropriate. Approx 30 minutes per day. 

Registrar - Attends monthly league meetings. Responsible for overall registration management and administration for league. School recruiting (primarily elementary school recuiting) and liasionship. Works with Treasurer and Webmaster to ensure system availability and accuracy, and accuracy of member information. Responsible for "League Boundary" audits. 2-3 hours per seek during registration period and season. 

Player Agent - Attends monthly league meetings. Represents the players interests while ensuring all rules specific to player roster assignments, player drafts and general player-related matters are followed and executed properly. Helps players resolve issues with managers, coaches and league officials. 1-2 hours per week during season.

Safety Officer - Attends monthly league meetings. Coordinates all safety-related acitivites for league; including review and submission of league ASAP plan to Little League USA. Help players submit any paperwork specific to injuries and/ or claims, and helps equipment managers make sure all teams have required first-aid equipment. Holds yearly meetings with managers and coaches to review safety plan and requirements. 1-2 hours per week during season.

Community/ School Relations - Works with local elementary and middle schools to assist with recruiting, community activities, communications, etc. Work with Registrar to design and print flyers and postcards for distribution, post signs near schools, and work with school PTA groups to get league registration information into news letters, etc. 4-5 hours per week prior to season.

VP Baseball Senior League - Attends monthly board meetings. Attends monthly District meetings. Oversees operations for Intermediate, Junior and Senior baseball divisions. Works with other leagues on rules and administration. Recruits and assists managers and coaches. Go-to person for any issues or matters related to these divisions of play. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

VP Baseball Drafted Divisions - Attends month board meetings. Attends monthly District meetings. Oversess operations for AAA, Coast and Majors baseball divisions. Works with other leagues on rules and administration. Helps recruits and assists managers and coaches. Go-to person for any issues or matters related to these divisions of play. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

VP Baseball Undrafted Divisions - Attends month board meetings. Attends monthly District meetings. Oversess operations for A and AA baseball divisions. Works with other leagues on rules and administration. Helps recruits and assists managers and coaches. Go-to person for any issues or matters related to these divisions of play. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

VP Tee Ball - Attends month board meetings. Oversess operations for tee ball program. Helps recruits and assists managers and coaches. Go-to person for any issues or matters related totee ball program. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

VP Softball - Attends month board meetings. Attends monthly District meetings. Oversess operations for all sofbtall divisions. Works with other leagues on rules and administration. Helps recruits and assists managers and coaches. Go-to person for any issues or matters related to softball program. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

VP Summer Ball - Organizes and administers summer baseball program. Attends board meetings as needed. Helps recuit managers and coaches, organizes teams and schedule, works with field manager to secure practice and game fields. 2-3 hours per week prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during summer season.

Baseball Equipment Manager - Attends board meetings as needed. Responsible for inventory, management, distribution and collection of all baseball equipment and uniforms to managers. 10-12 hours at start of season, 10-12 hours at end of season. 1 hour per week during season.

Softball Equipment Manager - Attends board meetings as needed. Responsible for inventory, management, distribution and collection of all softball equipment and uniforms to managers. 10-12 hours at start of season, 10-12 hours at end of season. 1 hour per week during season.

Federal Field Manager - Attends monthly board meetings. Responsible for the overall maintenance and condition of Federal Field including regular maintenance, field preparation and condition, safety matters, building maintenance, vendor management, etc. 4-5 hours per week prior to and during season.

Fields Manager - Attends board meetings as needed. Responsible for ensuring school district and city fields have required equipment in green boxes, restocking of chalk, bases, etc. Regular condition checks on fields specific to safety and maintenance. 2-3 hours per week during season.

Field Scheduler (BSD & City Fields Liaison & Game/ Practice Scheduler) - Attends monthly board meetings. Responsible for the provisioning, administration and scheduling of all school district and city fields. work in partnership with school district and city to submit field requests, manage change requests, and audit inventory and invoices. Must attent pre-season meetings with city. Works with managers to schedule games and practices, and to manage rain-outs and rescheduling. 10+ hours per week for 2-3 weeks prior to season. 4-5 hours per week during season.

Sponsorships Manager - Attends board meetings as needed. Works with local businesses to achieve financial sponsorships for the league.

Events Manager - Attends board meetings as needed. Oversees all league events such as opening day, all-star gala, etc. Works to secure permits, vendors, facilities, etc. Helps recruits event volunteers.
